- JVJohn VinarcsikJul 3, 20261.0I Title: Extremely Disappointed — Missing Jacket, Poor Alterations, and Unprofessional Handling I purchased an off-the-rack suit at Nordstrom (Downtown Spokane) for my son’s wedding after being advised by department clerk Zdenka to choose a ready-made suit with alterations instead of a custom Indochino. The initial alterations were either not completed or done incorrectly. After several follow-ups, the pants were corrected but the jacket remained improperly altered. Rather than require another in-person visit, Nordstrom arranged for delivery. USPS shows a delivery notification, but the jacket is missing from my mailbox — a $1,000 jacket was reportedly delivered and is nowhere to be found. This handling is unacceptable: the alterations were mishandled, staff repeatedly required extra visits, and a high-value item was left without proper care or confirmation. I request immediate action: locate and deliver the missing jacket, or provide a full refund and cover any reasonable expenses I incurred (travel/time). I can provide photos, receipts, and the USPS delivery notice. I expected Nordstrom-level service and am extremely disappointed by how this has been managed.

The young blonde told me the price. I said awesome thank you. She decided to take the shorts and tell me that she'd put them back. I spend money at that store. She very much judged me. Im a free people girl. I wanted to buy those shorts. After the move she pulled, I will no longer buy from there. Ill just go downtown for free people and purchase skims on line. Very rude.
