- EFEli FerAug 11, 20261.0Manager is great here. Her employee is not. She fakes it with a different attitude next to her manager. Manager was dealing with a difficult return gracefuly. Which left her and her attitude. That was an awful experience. Went to Torrid. Go there. Staff is amazing there!

We heard the associate say their rooms will full and we were fine waiting but the employee decided to measure my daughter in the store in front of everyone. There was a young man that was staring at my daughter and I didn’t appreciate it. I tried to ignore it at first but then the employee told my daughter to put the measuring tape where her nipples were which made the boy stare more. So I put my arm up and told him he didn’t need to stare at my daughter. I’m sure you have it on camera from today. That boys mother tried to justify it because she said he was autistic. My daughters privacy should have been important today and it wasn’t. I never thought they would measure her right there instead of a fitting room. Very disappointed in today’s visit.
