It seemed nice but I'm used to going to the mall and being helped or asked if I need help. Like in Macy's, three different women associates looked at me and my daughter and turned away like we had the plague. After I said it was BS you can't get help the manager heard and came right over. If it would have been just me, I would have left. My daughter really wanted something to help, at least the manager was willing to work. If you want good customer service, don't go here.

I’ve been coming here for years and I always have a good time, especially when I’m going with friends and we just want somewhere to walk around, shop, eat, and hang out without needing some huge plan for the day. I really appreciate having an actual mall in the area where you can spend a few hours instead of having to drive between a million different stores. Sometimes I’ll come knowing exactly what I’m looking for, and other times I’m literally just there to walk around and see what I find. Either way, I usually enjoy myself. I also like having food options nearby because after walking around and shopping for a while I’m ALWAYS ready to eat something. Malls are honestly underrated as places to just exist with your friends. You don’t necessarily have to buy something from every store or have some big activity planned. You can just walk, talk, look at stuff, grab food, and make a day out of it. I’ve lived around Spokane my whole life and the Valley Mall has been one of those places that’s just consistently been there. I’ve made plenty of memories here over the years and I’m sure I’ll make plenty more. It’s comfortable, convenient, and there’s usually enough going on that I don’t get bored. Definitely somewhere I’ll continue visiting whenever I’m out in the Valley. I will say though, many stores are unaffordable
