  I have shopped at Nordstrom for several years, and the level of customer service no longer seems to reflect the standard the company is known for. I have overheard employees openly speaking negatively about other staff members and customers on the sales floor, which creates an unprofessional atmosphere. More frustrating, however, is the repeated issue of incorrect price tags on merchandise. This has happened to me multiple times, and it is disappointing to find that an item rings up at a higher price than what was displayed. I have shared feedback about these experiences in the past, but I have only received canned, generic responses with no meaningful improvement. As a longtime customer, that has been especially disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would like to see the level of service and attention to detail return to what Nordstrom has always been known for.

  I am on a grand search for the perfect sandal. So far I have returned two pair. I want to compliment the clerks as they have cheerfully credited by account on a weekly basis! Customer Service is not dead. Following up on that statement, I was shopping with a friend who was being helped by a young lady named Alicia (sp?). She was friendly, knowledgeable & went above & beyond in helping my friend pair pieces in store, checking to see if things were available online & going on an extensive search for skorts for a little girl in California. Great service- Alicia knocked it out of the park today. Look her up when you visit

  I ussually shop online butI found everything I was lookin for at the spokane valley rack. Great selection of shoes, I wear a size 51/2 They also had a nice selection of hobo wallets. Good brands for a reasonable price.
