Hands down the worst interlock service ever. I got mine installed 2 weeks ago. Already it gave me multiple alcohol violations , stopped my vehicle in the middle of the road. Took the device into be serviced and the installer told me that the device was faulty. Ended up getting a new one and now today I go to start my vehicle at 7am and the device said blow harder , tried that for 3 damn hours and the device still just said blow harder , missed court and had to pay 100.00 for someone to pick me up from my house 1 hr away from spokane, wa to take this device in to have it swapped out once again. These devices are faulty and the company just robs you of money upon money

The location that did my install didn't even start until 2 hours after my appointment. They offered no explanation or compensation. And from the sounds of it, life safer doesn't even send them the right parts. Go somewhere else.
