Driving here in a semi is horrible. Can't make a single turn without taking 2 lanes. But the cars refuse to let you make those very wide turns. And they park in areas we need as a set up for a wide turn. People here are so rude. If that isnt bad enough the business next door has the dumpsters parked right in front of the docks so you cant get straight in door. They complaine to the business ( yeah right) but do nothing about it. Sportsman has enough money to 1. Extend the dock on one side so its angled for you trucks like the dock next door. 2 get a bigger dock plate so the store associates can safely unload at an angle. 3 put a dock plate on your big wide outdoor dock. There are doors there to get inside just need a plate. 4. Move the dumpsters. This is a miserable place to deliver. I for 1 hate fighting to get in a dock of a place that orders a 53 foot trailer and doesn't make the proper room for it. And in the last picture you clearly see the dumpster on sportsman side. Fix this. 3 stars as unload person is nice.

This is the worst customer service i have ever had! The gun counter staff are extremely rude and undereducated. It’s mind blowing that management would allow their staff to be so rude and unfriendly. I have stood at the counter for 90 minutes while a staff member would rather scroll through his phone or stand around with his hands in his pockets instead of helping the customer. I also see many reviews similar to mine and the owner always replying saying he will address this. If you’re a business owner how do you let your employees stand around and not help a customer. This is unacceptable. I will never purchase another gun from this company. If my $2000 gun purchase is not worth the time I am sure many other businesses would be happy to assist. All these posts really show how important the customer truly is to you and your company.

EXTREMELY slow, glacier slow service. Painfully slow - under staffed, what little staff is on premises seems to scurry to the backroom and hide (just my observations from my last 3 visits.)

Went in to purchase a firearm. Was the only one at the counter, associate was on the computer. I took a ticket number and waited. Another customer arrived. And the cashier stopped and helped them right away. Another associate came out from the back and looked at the fire arm shelves, looked at me. I greeted them, they turned around and walked over to help the first associate with their customer. I kept waiting. A third customer I had a deeply disappointing experience at this location and will not be returning.
When I arrived, I was the only person at the firearm counter. The associate was on the computer, so I followed procedure and took a ticket number and waited. Shortly after, another customer walked up and was immediately helped—despite my clearly waiting ahead of them.
A second associate came out, looked directly at me, and I greeted them. Instead of acknowledging or assisting me, they turned away and helped the first associate’s customer. I continued waiting. Then a third customer entered, and that same associate immediately began helping them as well—again bypassing me entirely.
At no point was I acknowledged, checked in on, or given any indication I would be helped. I was effectively ignored by multiple staff members while others were served out of order.
I left and took my business elsewhere, where I spent approximately $3,000 and was treated professionally and with basic respect.
This was not a subtle or ambiguous situation. The lack of acknowledgment and repeated disregard for my place in line reflects either a serious breakdown in customer service standards or a biased approach to what gender is prioritized for service.
