Brought in my gun to Silverdale to get sent into Beretta. Guy behind the gun counter was confused when I told him it didn't need to go to the gun smith, but sent back to Benelli (Beretta) and had the cust service rep on the speaker phone stating they will send the shipping label at no cost to the FFL to ship.
Silverdale Sportsman still sent it to their gunsmith... After 4 months, of asking where my gun is, the Silverdale store stated they would find out what happened to it. A couple more months have passed and i fi d out they made no attempt to locate it and said it's probably at the gunsmith or benelli but they had no way of knowing. I ended up calling the sportsman gunsmith in Utah myself as the staff at Silverdale was not helpful. I just found out it has just been sitting there this whole time and the Silverdale staff could have made even a simple attempt to get it shipped back to them.
Colton from the Utah Gunsmith was helpful but I would not go back to Silverdale Sportsman for any of the my gun needs

So many time I have items show in stock online but they are nowhere to be found. Now I went in for a muzzleloader part and it appears they do not even have a muzzleloader section now!
Similar experience with archery tools and supplies last year. Website says all sorts of thing are in stock but in reality it is one tiny section with a single bottle of glue in stock.
Used to have a substantial selection of scope bases, rings and other parts from various brands. Now it is a tiny shelf with incomplete inventory to complete a project.
All ammunition is behind the counter now but I believe they are required to do that now. Slow to get help from staff unfortunately.
This location is really going downhill. Seems like every time I go in there is less inventory and everything is spread out. Not willing to stock common items a DIY outdoorsman would need. I can understand not stocking manufacturer parts but its too the point now where you might as well walk into a Walmart.

Excruciatingly long wait times at the gun counter. Always multiple hours no matter the time of week or day. Recommend saving yourself the headache and going literally anywhere else

I've been coming here for years despite their mediocre gun counter. The straw that broke the camels back; I bought a byrna launcher with all the accessories for my mother. She didn't want it so I attempted to take it back for a refund. Sportsman's Warehouse will not do returns on any byrna products, it does not state this on the receipt only that they will not return certain items and you need to go to their site to know what. Their website doesn't state they're a final sale item. Complete apathy, not even the standard 'well we're sorry but' customer service jargon. Never coming back I am beyond livid. May the worst of their past be the best of their future. I look forward to when this place goes under.

Driving here in a semi is horrible. Can't make a single turn without taking 2 lanes. But the cars refuse to let you make those very wide turns. And they park in areas we need as a set up for a wide turn. People here are so rude. If that isnt bad enough the business next door has the dumpsters parked right in front of the docks so you cant get straight in door. They complaine to the business ( yeah right) but do nothing about it. Sportsman has enough money to 1. Extend the dock on one side so its angled for you trucks like the dock next door. 2 get a bigger dock plate so the store associates can safely unload at an angle. 3 put a dock plate on your big wide outdoor dock. There are doors there to get inside just need a plate. 4. Move the dumpsters. This is a miserable place to deliver. I for 1 hate fighting to get in a dock of a place that orders a 53 foot trailer and doesn't make the proper room for it. And in the last picture you clearly see the dumpster on sportsman side. Fix this. 3 stars as unload person is nice.
