  Extremely upset with their policy. I purchased a pair of jeans and my sizing is between two sizes depending on the jean. I put them on in my house and took them right off because they didn't fit right. since the tags were not connected they wouldn’t exchange them. The tags were not ripped and could have been easily reattached. Horrible service. I tried to exchange sizes within two days of purchase. For the price they are this is an outrageous policy. GREEDY!

  Rude and inattentive staff, both girls completely ignored all customers in the store the whole time we were there. One was zoning out at an empty register and the other was refolding an already folded jeans display for ten minutes. Nice work everybody

  Idk if it’s a Washington thing but nobody greeted us when we walked in. Then I was looking for one specific thing, walking around confused and still no help.
