  Greetings from Santa Fe! I must admit when I handed over two of my artistic Mexican pitchers to be resilvered by a visiting company from Seattle I was a bit nervous. What if they did a bad job or worst yet never returned the items. What recourse would I have against an out of state company? They had promised I would receive the pitchers before Christmas and I did. My fears faded away once I opened the ever so carefully packaged box. They did an absolutely beautiful job! They charge a very fair price for their craftsmanship. They are a small family company with whom I would not hesitate to do business with again!

  Very pleased with the service and workmanship from Zapffe. The team was very patient consulting with me on the process of the restoration and cleaning for a very detailed pair of candelabras. Their work exceeded my expectations.

  Brought in an old and very oxidized brass censor to get cleaned and gold plated. They said that they would be able to do that and quoted me around $1700. For the most part it turned out pretty nice and the gold plating looks good. But it seems like during their cleaning process they removed too much of the metal and now there are two gaping holes in the in the upper part. When I gave it to them the holes weren’t there. They didn’t tell me that they had issues with cleaning or plating it so I didn’t know that was going to happen. For how much they charged I feel they could’ve done better.

  Beautifully restored French copper pots after 30 year of cooking. Kids learning how to cook. All was restored. Great service, and shared knowledge I needed to know. Thank you!
