A great way to get to The Space Needle, neighboring museums and downtown Seattle. The end of the line for the monorail will connect to the subway

Multiple ADA violations. Locked the elevator so wheelchair users cannot access monorail on 3rd floor. Management has also locked ADA bathrooms to keep people from using. Disgusting that Westlake is working so hard to keep people with mobility needs from using the space. Unacceptable that the city is letting them.

Not nearly as cool as it used to be. A lot of stores have relocated or shut down. There are still a few good ones but..... and I hoped they had had a better food selection than they did. But it's decent

It’s not really a big shopping mall, more of like a transit hub with stores attached to it. The food court and restrooms are on the 2nd floor, monorail at the top floor and there’s subway access at the basement. Good place to take a breather or hide from the elements.

So depressing compared to what it used to be. This place used to have one of the best food courts of all time. I miss the glass atrium where you could see four floors of stores. Now they hardly have any stores because they have big box stores instead. The outside used to be colorful and vibrant (not grey). The old fireworks upstairs. Daiso. Hot Dog On a Stick. PF Chang’s. Now the food court that replaced it is already gone. You could hangout in the food court with all the beautiful windows and watch the monorail. You could hang outside on the food court level with all of the tables and umbrellas. The smell of Lush when walking in. The new food court is sad. I grew up with in-n-out and Cali burger is teeeeerrible. Two stars for getting rid of the food court and getting rid of all of the natural light in the grayest city in the country and making it feel claustrophobic. Things like this and Pacific Place’s current status really make life a bummer. Things that you’re supposed to be able to count on while all of this other crap in life is going on. Okay, off to cry a bit.
