  I’ve been going Here for years, but they have put strict parking regulations here. There’s a guy there monitoring the parking. He’s literally waiting the last minute to give you a ticket!! I was in the car waiting for my mom while she was paying and he put a ticket with me in the car! the ticket is $85. I tried to appeal the infraction, but they still denied it! If you come here leave before the two hour, Mark. It’s very sad because they’re losing customers that way because people who usually stay there for longer feel forced to leave earlier . It makes me not want to go back ever again.

  They don’t allow entry if you have a backpack, and they do not offer any place to store bags. I understand the rule is to prevent shoplifting but I think that the staff should accommodate people who have made the effort to come to the store and don’t have a vehicle or place to store the bags they brought.

  The management is poor sometimes you gonna wait 2hrs for a rotation and its crazy how the employees and management talk to customer how the heck are you gonna bully a customer.
