  Older lady named Maria working on 05/13/26 around 5:30pm was very rude to customers and lacking basic customer service skills. Will not be returning to this location at all.

  보통 관광객들이 아울렛을 많이 가지만 실제로는 노드스트롬랙이 훨씬 현실적인 선택이다. 특히 이곳은 매장이 크고 물건들이 잘 정돈되어 있어 쇼핑하기 좋았다. 주변에 둘러볼 것도 많으니 주차만 잘 한다면 한 번 들르는 것도 좋다.

  It’s the second time I have come to this location, we loved the selection they have though it’s a bit limited in some areas but the shoe selection for both men and women is more than great, also love the attention from all the staff as they’re always really helpful with the things they can help and honest with everything, even in the checkout line when it was packed and they were rushing to be fast and serve everyone they were nice and really patient and friendly with everybody

  The cashiers and sales people who work at Nordstrom rack downtown are literally the nicest I've ever experienced.
