  This Nordstrom flagship store in Seattle is very large, with many high-end luxury brands in-store. The salespersons are very helpful and knowledgeable. All the items in the store are of the highest quality. The store is nice, well organized, and easy to navigate. I had a wonderful shopping experience.

  If you are plus-size and visiting Seattle, you have to visit this Nordstrom! While the prices are on the higher side—as expected from a high-end department store—it is absolutely worth it. I have never been able to find such a great selection of cute items elsewhere. I’m visiting from Texas, and our local stores don't offer anything like this, which I assume is because this is a flagship location. The inclusivity here is truly on point. I loved it!

  The staff here are generally excellent. Every time I visit I'm impressed with the level of service and also the extensive product knowledge. In my two-plus years frequenting this store, the worst time I've had by far was the Anniversary Sale block party. I'd recommend just staying away entirely. Otherwise, a great place to shop for high quality and luxury goods.

  Downtown Nordstrom is a reminder that great retail still exists in Seattle. It’s one of the rare places where shopping feels polished, well-stocked, and genuinely enjoyable. The service is consistently excellent, the store is beautifully maintained, and it’s a big part of what keeps downtown Seattle worth visiting.

  Our first shoe-buying experience for our son was absolutely amazing! The Walker Program at Nordstrom is fantastic, and Cassandra made the experience even more special. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Cassandra carefully measured our son’s feet, helped him try on different shoe options, and guided us toward the best fit. She made us feel comfortable and never rushed us. What really stood out was the exceptional level of care she provided—she even took a photo for us and gave our son a balloon, making the experience feel truly memorable. This wasn’t just a shopping trip; it became a special milestone and memory for our family. Thank you, Cassandra, for making our son’s first shoe-buying experience so wonderful. We will definitely be back!
