Even with four other people in the fitting rooms, she remembered everyone’s name and made each of us feel like we had her full attention. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I gave the store a call and they told me they offer complimentary jean repair! I brought them in on a Monday afternoon, they were picked up by the seamstress Tuesday and I already received my jeans (shipped to my house) on Friday. Awesome service. Allison helped me get the repair ticket going and was super nice. Thank you U Village Madewell!
