  We stopped into CHANEL while shopping next door and had no plans to make a purchase, but my husband spotted a bag on display that caught our attention. Andres made the entire experience so enjoyable from the moment we walked in. He was incredibly kind, patient, and never once pushy. He took the time to show me several options I was interested in and really listened to what I liked. In the end, he helped me choose the perfect color and shape that suited both my style and what looked best on me. His attention, honesty, and warm personality made the experience feel special and memorable. Thank you, Andres, for such exceptional service!

  Worst experience in my life ordered a shoe for men’s these guys ended up giving me a woman’s shoe and I’m from Canada. Then they didn’t even wanna return it worst sales rep they have ever.

  Horrible service. They have a gate by the entrance and don’t let you even enter the store without an appointment. My wife got a handbag from this brand as a gift but the chain is too long, and needs a tiny clip to fit her. The first time we tried to go there they wouldn’t let us in without an appointment (even though we didn’t need to buy anything) so we had to came back again the next week with an appointment. However, even though we had the brand new bag still in its box, they wouldn’t give the clip without a receipt (even though it was a gift). Moral of the story, we’re buying a no-brand clip at Amazon ($5) and will never consider shopping at this “luxury” brand.

  Seems the only store in Seattle. Lucky to get my favorite Chanel earrings. Lovely ! Looking forward to seeing More classic designs .

  At any Chanel boutique, service can be hit or miss. I think I’ve met with the majority of SA’s at this location and the winner goes to EVELYN!!! She goes above and beyond to ensure my experience here is excellent. She’s knowledgeable, kind and truly cares. Prompt with messages. Knows how to build and retain relationships. Just a great person overall. Very responsive to messages and follow up. Other recommendations are Stephanie and Shin shin (she’s more of just ready-to-wear).
