  We stopped into CHANEL while shopping next door and had no plans to make a purchase, but my husband spotted a bag on display that caught our attention. Andres made the entire experience so enjoyable from the moment we walked in. He was incredibly kind, patient, and never once pushy. He took the time to show me several options I was interested in and really listened to what I liked. In the end, he helped me choose the perfect color and shape that suited both my style and what looked best on me. His attention, honesty, and warm personality made the experience feel special and memorable. Thank you, Andres, for such exceptional service!

  Worst experience in my life ordered a shoe for men’s these guys ended up giving me a woman’s shoe and I’m from Canada. Then they didn’t even wanna return it worst sales rep they have ever.

  I was in here looking for the new cruise collection jewelry, but they didn’t have it. Ansel was helping me, super nice, even looked up everywhere, and gave me info to find the item i wanted, no sell pressure at all. I left and went for lunch, i walk past the store again, and this time i saw an alternative item, once again Ansel helped me, very nice customer service!

  Kind of disappointed with my recent experience. I called the evening before a sale and was told by the store manager that no appointment was necessary and that I could walk in. However, when I arrived, I was immediately asked whether I had an appointment, despite seeing two other customers walk in ahead of me without being asked. At the time, I was also in contact with a sales associate I had previously worked with, who was on his way to assist me. I wanted to share this feedback as the messaging and experience felt inconsistent and left me feeling uncomfortable upon arrival.

  I always have a great experience at Chanel at Nordstrom Downtown. The sales associates here are fantastic and truly take care of me. They consistently treat me so well and always show so much love and attention to my dog, which I genuinely appreciate. They are proactive about texting me when bags come in, giving me a heads up ahead of triple point days, and prioritizing items on my wishlist. That level of attentiveness makes shopping here feel personal and seamless. Parking downtown can be a bit of a pain, so I highly recommend using your Nordstrom rewards on valet. It makes the experience much easier and stress free. Between the service and the relationships the team builds with their clients, this is absolutely my go to Chanel location.
