- RWReviews WithoutName6 days ago2.0I show up to the donation area at 9:40, there is an employee there that says they don't open until 10, I ask if I can just put my donations on the ground, he says it will be illegal dumping and then watches me stand just there. I say that it's only 20 minutes and I can't wait and he still says no. I guess I will just throw it in the trash.
