  The U Village shop is fantastic. The sales people aren’t pushy, and they honestly help with your unique needs. Gonzalo measured me for a shirt, and took care of delivery to my home, quickly. Highly recommended. It does not feel like a regular chain retail Bonobos store. It’s more like a living room with sales people.

  Sharing my experience at the Bonobos in University Village, Seattle. When it comes to shopping, I usually try to get in and out quickly. Too often I’ve been ignored, followed without being offered help, or greeted with a forced “may I help you” that makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing someone. But my experience today with Lexi at the U‑Village Bonobos completely changed that perspective and gave me hope that not all sales associates are the same. I’m on a weight‑loss journey and have lost more than 40 pounds so far while preparing to start a new job. My older dress clothes are outdated and far too big to tailor. After reading great reviews about Bonobos’ style and quality, I started browsing online and picked out a few dress pants. Ultimately, I decided to visit the store in person to try things on and get a feel for the fabrics. Lexi greeted me immediately with a genuine smile and a real curiosity about my story and what I was looking for. After I shared a bit about my journey, she guided me through trying on the Weekday Dress Pants and the Jetsetter Wool Dress Pants. I had a specific fit in mind, but Lexi helped me see what would look best as my body continues to change—her perspective was incredibly helpful. As the store got busier, Lexi balanced helping other customers while still making sure I felt taken care of. She created a positive, attentive experience for everyone in the store. I originally planned to buy five or six of the Weekday Dress Pants and call it good. But because of Lexi’s exceptional service, I ended up purchasing three suits from her and Bonobos—choosing them over another brand I had been considering. If you’re looking to update your wardrobe and you’re in the Seattle area, stop by the Bonobos in University Village. And definitely ask for Lexi—she’ll take great care of you.

  This was my first time shopping at Bonobos and had a great shopping experience. Probably my best ever, honestly. I worked with Emily Skinner, and she was top-notch in every respect. It was like working with a personal stylist! Highly recommended...we'll be back.

  Great experience for my first time shopping at Bonobos. The staff were super helpful and took their time to make sure you were taken care of. I'm looking forward to my clothes arriving in the mail in a few days :)

  I had a fantastic experience selecting my wedding suit here, and I can't recommend Emily Skinner enough! She was professional, HIGHLY knowledgable about fashion and fit, and was an absolutely pleasure to work with. She made my fiance and I feel welcome and right at home immediately, and gave us great precise, confident recommendations for suit fit, color match, and accessories. I needed to return to the store at one point to get her opinion on tailoring, and she immediately made herself available. I highly recommend you look for your suit here and recommend Emily. She will get you ready for any special occasion. I know I'm feeling confident for my big day thanks to her!
