  I love that I can go once at the beginning of every month to get, I believe it's called, the in kind donation. It's absolutely amazing and helpful! Thank you Goodwill and the employees for making every visit wonderful!

  Tried to negotiate on an untested power cord that was priced too high. I asked for a manager and was denied immediately. I have been told before that if a price was too high you can talk to a manager so this was disappointing. Crazy considering they get these items for free.

  Absolutely shocking and abysmal treatment...at the donation door of this facility. The arrogance unbelievable. We were treated as if they were doing us a favor by taking our donation of baby clothes, stating when I complained "take your donation and leave, we don't want it". We shall never go near this place again and will take our donations and support elsewhere and you should too ....

  Good selection for purchase, polite staff, etc. Truly exhausting dropoff experience every time. Plan to wait in line for half an hour. Longer, depending on when you go. Cars are required to unload one at a time, and in the rare occasion that a driver is actually prepared to unload their car, there is an inevitable shortage of bins. You are not allowed to just leave your items at the drop off for goodwill to sort through - you must leave your items at the drop off for goodwill to sort through... in a blue bin. Get more bins, find a more efficient way to sort, or just let people leave their stuff. It's almost like you don't want us to give you free things to sell for profit.

  this is the worst run Goodwill location of any in the city. For some reason, even when there is a short line of cars, it can take an hour wait to get to the point that you can unload. It's inexplicable. it's often unclear what you're waiting on and there's no evidence that the people working here are actually doing anything. today, I waited in line for 30 minutes and for more than 10 minutes the line didn't move at all in two separate periods. Half the cars had people getting out of their cars and walking around because it was taking so long to get service to unload. One goodwill person seemed to be rearranging a bin in the back of the parking lot. The others were just standing around. When I tried to turn around in line because I didn't have time to spend an hour there, an associate came up and yelled at me that I wasn't allowed to turn around that way. I pointed out that the only other way that seemed possible to leave appeared to have signboards in the path. It's unbelievable that they are getting free donations from people and yet treat givers so badly. I drove from here all the way over to the goodwill behind U-Village and I would bet that took me less time than it would have taken to wait here.
