  I just had the most amazing experience getting my new hot tub. I have been through several hot tubs including snorkel stoves and Great Northern. I wish had just gone straight to Aqua Quip years ago. With the Snorkel, if I wanted to use the hot tub Saturday night, I needed to start the fire on Thursday, or Friday morning at the latest. No such thing as a spur of the moment hot tub with a wood stove. My Great Northern tub was better, but the lining only lasted 5 years, just barely over the warranty. I have always liked more of a soaking tub experience than the classic fiberglass shallow tub. Aqua Quip had just what I was looking for: a soaking tub experience but with jets and lights and with much much better insulation. The operating cost is much lower than Great Northern and best of all, its all put together with no construction necessary. All these other kits require some level of work, actually quite a bit of work… for slightly less cost. These guys showed up and set up the whole thing(except the wiring) in less than an hour. Makaila - the general manager of the Seattle store was amazing. She kept me informed at all stages of the delivery and offered all kinds of tips about maintenance and use well beyond anything I would have expected for service after the sale. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

  Once again, Makaila, manager at the Seattle Aqua Quip rocks! I have dealt with aqua quip for years, at a different location and only stumbled upon her above and beyond customer service when she was working in the Lakewood Aqua Quip one day. I had been dealing with an issue for months with a new hot tub and no one could resolve it. The very first day I met Makaila, she immediately picked up the phone, and resolved the issue with one call. She then moved on and became a manager, which she should be as she is an excellent employee and has superior customer service skills, so I lost contact with her. Sure enough another issue came up that no one seemed to be able to resolve locally. I called Makaila as she was now manager at the Seattle Aqua Quip and once again, with just a phone call, she immediately took action, and again resolved the issue when no other Aqua Quip personnel would take the time to help me. She is a model employee and I only wish they could clone her, or have her train all new employees, as you just do not see that type of excellence in handling issues, anymore. She is compassionate, listens and then does. I only wish I lived in Seattle so I could give her my business. I have recommended the Seattle Aqua Quip store to all my friends and family, as the place to go when seeking to buy a hot tub. Makaila, you are one of just a very few who demonstrates daily, that customer service matters. You should be promoted up the chain of command as you have what it takes to be a great manager and person! Thank you Makaila!!!!!! Diana McGhee
