  Order came in after 4months and grill was a fake, 0.1mm thickness paper thin ,flimsy,already bent,unprofessionally made grill with scarring on it from grinding and made it as cheap as possible with barely any gold with silver to collect as as much money as posssible making a grill and didn’t even make the right grill and grill is not fitting also a strong metal taste like brass .this is not how a professional custom $5000$ 14k gold grillz are made ,I’m paying well enough for the gold/and silver to be used and the work to make a real wearable grill! Already getting a confused response and insulted. It was just not the time here to get scammed or play a game about a grill I purchased having a bad time already, industries standard grillz thickness are 0.5 to 0.8 and up to 0.10 for heavy thickness, not 0.1 like they are saying are standard grills they make. Would already not recommend seattlegoldgrillz at all for sending me something like this. They specialize in making grillz and this is not making grillz.

  I am writing this review to warn others before trusting this business with their money or personal items. This business originally made my grills, but when I received them, the top grills did not fit correctly. I was instructed to send the top grills back for repair to correct an issue with their own work, which I did in good faith. My grills were confirmed delivered over FOUR MONTHS ago, and since then I have received no updates, no estimated completion date, and no meaningful communication. This was not a new order — it was a repair to fix their original mistake. I made multiple attempts to contact this business for basic information regarding my repair. Instead of assistance, I was blocked from calling and messaging, leaving me with no way to check the status of my property. Their policy stating “please do not contact for updates” is unacceptable when customers’ personal items are being held for months with no transparency. When I finally managed to reach a woman associated with the business, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, offering no understanding or resolution. As of today, this business is still in possession of my grills, and I am still waiting for either a resolution or a refund. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and communication over a two-month period is extremely concerning. I strongly advise others NOT to shop here or send in any personal items, especially if you expect proper customer service or follow-up support. I regret trusting this business to correct their mistake and hope this review prevents others from experiencing the same situation. UPDATE: It has now been 5 months, and I still have not received my grills or even a proper update regarding my order. I have called multiple times and have yet to receive a clear response or any information about when I will actually receive what I paid for. At this point, I have been more than patient, and the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. I paid for a product that I still do not have after 5 months. If I cannot get a clear resolution, I will be contacting an attorney to pursue a refund for the money I paid for a product I never received. I will also be sharing my experience so other potential customers are aware of the issues I have experienced with this company. I sincerely hope the company chooses to resolve this before it gets to that point.

  I am submitting this complaint regarding Seattle Gold Grills and its failure to fulfill a customer order in a timely manor along with what I believe to be unprofessional business practices. On March 10, 2026, my wife and I placed an order with Seattle Gold Grills for a grill that was intended as a gift. Over the following three months, we made numerous attempts to obtain updates regarding our order. This required dozens of phone calls, emails, and text messages. Despite our patience and willingness to accommodate delays, we received a series of inconsistent explanations from the company regarding why our order had not been delivered. The explanations provided included: * A “processing issue” with the order. * The company having recently moved locations. * Promises that updates would be provided on specific dates, which were not honored. * Claims that the manufacturer was experiencing production issues. Throughout this period, the ordered product was never delivered. Communication from the company was sporadic, and promised follow-ups rarely occurred. The owner frequently failed to respond to phone calls and emails, and when communication did occur, we often received vague assurances rather than clear information regarding the status of our order. After months of unsuccessful attempts to obtain either the product or a definitive resolution, my wife and I felt compelled to file complaints with both the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and the Better Business Bureau. Only after taking these steps did we receive yet another promise that the grill would be shipped “tomorrow.” Unfortunately, similar assurances had been made multiple times before without any meaningful action. In addition to the failure to deliver the product in a timely manor, we found the conduct of the company’s staff to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. At no point were we seeking anything beyond a straightforward explanation, accountability, and fulfillment of the order we paid for. We respectfully request that the Attorney General’s Office review this matter and investigate whether Seattle Gold Grills has engaged in unfair or deceptive business practices. We are prepared to provide supporting documentation, including order confirmations, emails, text message communications, and records of our attempts to contact the company. In short this place is a scam. Do not order or purchase anything from this store. You will be SCAMMED. I can not make that clear enough. Update: I will credit them on not being a scam. The product finally showed up. But after dozens of phone calls, email, IG dm, a better business review, contacting the Washington state AG office to submits a formal complaint (3 month wait) I get a product that does not fit and is not even rose gold. Again I cannot stress enough do not purchase anything from this place. It’s a waste of money. This is how they treat not only your money but your time. Horrible experience and a waste of $360 dollars.
