  Unfortunately, they only have one person working the gun counter on a Saturday morning. We arrived around 10am and were told they won't have a second person arrive until 12pm. There are about 20 people ahead of us in line for pick ups. You'd think they would staff accordingly for the weekends. Definitely won't be purchasing from here in the future!

  Went in to buy ammo and they were twice the price as Cabela's. Shop elsewhere.

  Purchased a rifle online because the store didn't have it in even though the website said it was there. 15 days passed and no word, I called the store on two occasions and they said they didn't know where my rifle was or when it may arrive. "You'll get an email when it's here". I called a number I had on my online receipt and was told it shipped over a week prior. It would soon be there. Heard nothing. Called yesterday morning, and was told the delivery was made to the store. I called the store and a staff member said it wasn't there and to call later to talk to a gun counter manager who may be able to get me information about my order. Called two hours later and finally was told by the manager that technically my item was there but it hadn't been pulled out of the shipment. He said that I'd receive an email later in the evening but definitely by the next morning. No email was received. This morning I called and spoke to the gun counter manager again. He confirmed that the order was there and that they hadn't been able to get to my item due to a staff shortage. He said it should be unpacked and put into their inventory within an hour or two. He said that I'd get an email notification that I could come in and begin my paperwork. This occurred over two hours ago. I've heard nothing and received no email. Washington state observers a mandatory ten day background waiting period on all firearms, if I get notified that they unpack their order and my rifle is put into the store inventory I should be able to go to the store, fill out my paperwork, and start the ten day waiting period (of which weekends don't count towards the ten days). If I had been able to walk in to the store when I first ordered my rifle online, I'd have already been able to pick up my rifle. Instead I'm still waiting. This is the last time I'll be purchasing from this store.

  Went in to make a purchase.There were two employees at the counter chatting, while I was standing at the counter waiting, these ladies were too busy to chatting. So I go to customer service and ask the kid there if I can get someone to help me that the two ladies at the firearm counter were too busy chatting to help me. He got attitude and said they're understaffed. So I guess that means when there are understaffing issues it's okay for employees to stand around talking and ignoring cutomers. So I left and took my $200-$300 purchase elsewhere. Good job staff!

  Stopped in here to pickup some fishing supplies, needed some help on hook size asked David in the fishing department he was very knowledgeable and helpful thanks David for helping out with my questions.
