  I purchased a colt python brand new and I was excited about the purchase. I bought it there because it was more convenient and there definitely was no deal. I was told, expect a phone call on or before a certain date to come pick up the gun. I never got a phone call. I showed up 4 days after I was told I should be able to pick up the gun and I walked in at 7:22pm, go back to the gun counter and wait for over 12 minutes as a woman was buying bullets and had so many questions. Well, the only person with the gun counter was helping them. (The gun dept manager was also helping the woman who was "sombody else") I walked around near the gun counter, picking up a few items. I would also like to have purchased with my new revolver. A lady was running back-and-forth and all around the gun counter that seemed to work there but didn't have a shirt on saying she was a manager. The gun counter employee finally was able to help me, and when I asked for a gun pick up, he said, oh, we close the gun counter at 730. I look at my watch.It's 7:35. Now i was in the store before seven thirty and the gun counter "manager" informed me , she had to start closing down to do paperwork. She saw me before 730 and realized, oh , if I have to do a gun paperwork , i'm not gonna get home at a normal time. So she decided to run around and not be seen so that way she didn't have to help me before seven thirty and could just tell me to kick rocks. I am very upset about this because the whole reason for purchasing at this store was convenience. Now i have to take a day off of work to go get my pistol. The guy behind the gun counter shrugged his shoulders and put his hands up when i told him i was here before 730pm and no one could help me. And I understand he had no say in this, however when looking at other reviews it seems the gun dept is completely inept and not knowledgeable. I understand I was one of those last minute circumstances, however I'm a physician that happens to get off at 7pm. I work longer hours so that my patients can have appointments before or after their work. So i did the best that I can, even though it was with in their policy, sorry dont care. This dog crap of a gun service at sportmans warehouse. I was there before 730, waiting. Then to be told they closed, like they didnt see me there before the closing time. Im so upset that I've decided to refund my purchase. I'd rather give my money to a company that is convenient and helpful. If you want good service, look elsewhere. You will not find it here. I am telling my gun club friends and colleagues of my experience..... come to find out they have had similar experiences. I really wish I had talked to others before my purchase with this gun store. I cant imagine that the rest of the staff is able to help other than to ring you up and check you out at the register.

  Went in the day they told me to for a rifle a purchased was told my background check hasn't cleared and they told me to call the next day and check when I did the person on the line said welp they dont normally run background checks on the weekend but I guess I can check for you and got pissy then called again this morning and the something pissy and saying I guess we can check! When I was there in person on Saturday the guy checking the paperwork asked why it was tax exempt I explained and he gave me a look of contempt like ewe a native ill never shop at this location again if or when my background check clears!

  Bien, première fois que je viens et c’est un grand hangar qui paraît quand même vide je ne m’attendais pas à ça mais il y a du choix quand même, en fait il n’y a pas trop d’aménagement

  Great place to buy anything for your outdoor needs very nice people definitely would recommend specially the gun counter. People are very knowledgeable and helpful. They always answer your questions with a smile.

  Purchased a rifle online because the store didn't have it in even though the website said it was there. 15 days passed and no word, I called the store on two occasions and they said they didn't know where my rifle was or when it may arrive. "You'll get an email when it's here". I called a number I had on my online receipt and was told it shipped over a week prior. It would soon be there. Heard nothing. Called yesterday morning, and was told the delivery was made to the store. I called the store and a staff member said it wasn't there and to call later to talk to a gun counter manager who may be able to get me information about my order. Called two hours later and finally was told by the manager that technically my item was there but it hadn't been pulled out of the shipment. He said that I'd receive an email later in the evening but definitely by the next morning. No email was received. This morning I called and spoke to the gun counter manager again. He confirmed that the order was there and that they hadn't been able to get to my item due to a staff shortage. He said it should be unpacked and put into their inventory within an hour or two. He said that I'd get an email notification that I could come in and begin my paperwork. This occurred over two hours ago. I've heard nothing and received no email. Washington state observers a mandatory ten day background waiting period on all firearms, if I get notified that they unpack their order and my rifle is put into the store inventory I should be able to go to the store, fill out my paperwork, and start the ten day waiting period (of which weekends don't count towards the ten days). If I had been able to walk in to the store when I first ordered my rifle online, I'd have already been able to pick up my rifle. Instead I'm still waiting. This is the last time I'll be purchasing from this store.
