  Worst place to get pictures done, the photographer Neptune was horrible and useless. She was not helpful or enthusiastic, untill the end when we have to pay then she got happy, She needs to find a new job she has very poor customer service. Never going back for pictures big waste of money

  DO NOT BUY JEWLERY FROM THIS STORE . ESPECIALLY FROM SALE PERSON NAMED LE...... She will sell u lab created diamonds and tell u that they are natural. She will lie to ur face and tell u whatever u want to hear. DO NOT BUY JEWLERY HERE. The store Manager is also a rude old lady who got caught un a lie and try to backpeddle didnt like it when i called her out . She should probably join a knitting club instead. and going to bingo halls because customer service skills do not exist. Got my money back and WIL NEVER shop at JC Pennys again.

  *** i’ve edited this post with a response to the Customer Care team at the bottom since there’s no option to respond with a comment *** I want to start by saying I really appreciated that my stylist was kind enough to squeeze me in after my original appointment was canceled. That meant a lot and I’m grateful for the accommodation. Unfortunately, the final result wasn’t what I had asked for (I’ve included photos for reference). The cut doesn’t reflect the inspiration photo, and I ended up needing to adjust my bangs myself when I got home. I’ve had mixed experiences here over the last few years and at $100, I was hoping for more consistency. ***Thank you for your response. At this point, I’m not comfortable contacting Customer Care to repeat the details of my experience. If JCPenney would like to address the situation, you’re welcome to reach out to me directly. Since my appointment, the salon has contacted me twice to reschedule the balayage service that was originally planned, but there has been no acknowledgment of the haircut issue mentioned in my review. Unfortunately, the haircut itself is the main concern. My hair was cut so uneven to the point that I can’t even pull it into a ponytail. Because of that, there really isn’t anything that can be done right now other than letting it grow out. Given this experience, I don’t feel comfortable having anyone at the same salon attempt to “fix” it. I shared my review simply to reflect my honest experience and to provide helpful feedback. If JCPenney would like to make an effort to resolve the situation, I’m open to hearing from you.***
