  Neo was excellent!! Made me feel so seen as a bigger girl I know many dress stores won't have things for me but Neo took so much time with me and helped me order a dress I loved 🩵🩵🩵

  My daughter and her best friend were super excited to dress shop for their first Homecoming. Unfortunately, the two employees working this evening were unprofessional, rude and accusatory. It was busy at the store my daughter and her friend thought it may be helpful to share a dressing room to free up rooms for others. An employee came and immediately told them (in a loud and nasty tone) this was not allowed and they also both had too many dresses. I can understand following store policy, but nothing is posted about these rules and the employee could have simply and calmly explained the rules rather than assuming the girls had malicious intent. She gave a long lecture about why they couldn’t share a room and have so many dresses instead of just calmly letting them know the rules. While changing, my daughter’s friends Mom overheard the two employees gossiping about my daughter and her friend and how they were breaking rules. Again, my daughter and her friend had no malicious intent. They were actually trying to be courteous by freeing up a dressing room, and no signs were posted saying there was a limit on clothes. After they were done, we were then followed around by one of the employees and he got in my daughters face and demanded to know where she left all her dresses that didn’t fit because they “are having issues with people stealing.” By the way, she hung them on the rack where they were supposed to go… I am very confused why we were treated in this manner. We simply went to a clothing store, tried on dresses, and minded our own business. To be accused of stealing and followed around the entire time we were there made the experience so negative for my daughter and her friend. Store has cute dresses but the two employees working tonight were extremely unprofessional and rude.
