  I had them install a woodstove this last Summer. I'm hard to please and I don't have a single complaint. Lauren at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Her brothers did the install and it is absolutely perfect. They showed up on time in uniform and completed the install in a day. They put down tarps/protection and left the place clean. Really nice family business. Very pleased! 5/5.

  Northwest hearth and fire does a fantastic job scheduling and arriving on time. I have an older gas fireplace that I was concerned might be on its last legs, but they reassured me that it was a simple fix and that I do not need to purchase a new one. I appreciate the Honest opinion and professionalism..

  We just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the new fireplace and the installation. Christian and Andrew did a perfect job. They were on time, polite, extremely tidy, and both took all the necessary time to get things right but also were efficient with the time they did spend here. Whatever you’re paying them, we suggest a raise for both. The weather hasn’t really turned enough yet for us to actually use the thing on a daily basis as we anticipate once fall/winter gets here, but it looks great, works well, and is such a visual improvement over the original fireplace. You were all great, and while we don’t anticipate needing to do this again, we most certainly will recommend you to our friends.
