  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We cannot say enough wonderful things about Northwest Hearth and Home — and especially Lauren. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued. After having a really discouraging experience with another fireplace company where we were treated rudely and dismissed, we were honestly hesitant to try again. But then we met Lauren. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer every single question we had — and we had a lot! Not once did she rush us or make us feel like we were just another sale. She truly cared about making sure we understood our options and felt confident in our decision. What meant the most was how she made us feel. In a world where customer service can feel rushed and impersonal, Lauren reminded us what it’s like to be treated with kindness, patience, and respect. She turned what started as a frustrating process into such a positive and reassuring experience.   We had a valve go out on a gas fireplace. The representative informed us that since Honeywell no longer manufactures this part, that there was nothing that could be done and the entire fireplace must be replaced. Absolute nonsense. It's simply a matter of finding the right company who actually knows how to replace the defective parts. We ended up with a much improved system by going with a company who actually repairs these for a living. No, I don't recommend NHH Oly if you have a defective gas valve.

  Beware ! When I questioned my bill I was threatened to either write a check or the owner Dave would rip out the woodstove and leave a hole in my roof ! I should have never went back to that store after the poor poor customer service I recieved the first day I went looking for a woodstove ! Beware ! ! ! Even befoe they got here they magically already had the bill printed out for the high estimate. I was told they maxed out the estimate because they wanted to bring an extra guy and money for travel time.They will charge you for anything and everything to get to that high estimate. Im surprised they didnt charge me $50 bucks for a cloudy day fee ! BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!
