But I was entirely put off by multiple re-sellers filling HUGE CARTS taller then my head, sitting in front of large sections and using scanners to check resale value They cut off sections to many of us customers that wanted to browse, I asked them to allow me a chance to see before they emptied an entire section out- they made me wait many minutes until they finished! Taking over 50 books from 2 shelves Multiple customers talked about how they couldn’t browse and how much bad faith it was to take from those of us only wanting to fill a tote. Employees couldn’t do anything to stop this. But ir entirely ruined my experience, I ended up leaving early and making a decision to never return. I love bookshops so much, so this really felt unfair I urge management to consider placing some kind of restriction to this unfair, opportunistic and greedy behavior. It entirely ruined my experience of being in your bookshop Thanks
