  Terrible. New stuff that most likely are Amazon returns. Used stuff is garbage. Avoid this store and this garbage company.

  Very, VERY overpriced with rare deals and occasional good finds. I go here often with the hope of finding something unique, and hopefully one of the rare fairly priced items. I have been going for years and, as others have pointed out, this location in particular is outrageous with their pricing. Staff is kind, in my opinion, but it never ceases to baffle me that an item is marked well above retail (or logic, for that matter). I would give a higher rating but unfortunately the whole reason we go here is to save money, so that is my basis for a 2 star review. The copy/paste replies to negative reviews on here are sad, as well. Clearly customers have voiced their concerns on the price problems for years and it has fallen on deaf ears. It feels sad to have a shop aimed at helping the community and low income families jacking up their prices in every conceivable way. I wish that there was a better way to negotiate a better deal, especially when purchasing several things.
