This fellow Lego enthusiast found me the X-Files set and other sets that I needed in my collection. Lotus was a joy at check out and both Lotus and Emma made sure I got all the in store perks of being a Lego Insider.

They do a great job helping my son find whatever LEGO sets he is looking for, which makes every visit a fun experience. I also love that they have a membership program with rewards. Since we buy a lot of LEGO sets, we usually build up around $30–$40 in credits to use on future purchases, which is a great benefit. The LEGO Store is a place we always enjoy visiting, and the customer service makes it even better.

We were making a purchase of around $10, and my child simply wanted one of the large yellow LEGO bags, even offering to pay 50 cents for it. The manager refused, saying the bags were only for “big purchases.” What made the situation much worse was the manager’s comment suggesting that my son would take the bag, fill it with LEGOs, and try to walk out of the store. My child is on the spectrum, and hearing that assumption made the interaction feel especially disrespectful and unprofessional. I found the manager’s behavior rude, insensitive, and completely inappropriate. We left the store immediately and will not be returning.

If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® Insiders member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO Insiders Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
