  Was here engagement ring shopping with my boyfriend back in December, Ngoc was helping us out and we learned so much about the whole process from her! She took so many notes, we had a wonderful connection, and her customer service was absolutely amazing. Fast forward to now and we went back finally deciding on a ring, and Ngoc remembered pretty much everything and helped us finalize my dream ring! Shoutout to her, literally the absolute best 🤍 can’t wait to receive it. She made the whole process stress-free and we felt we were in good hands the entire time.

  Julia helped me with my first ring in 2023, came in recently to have my diamond ring updated to a lab grown diamond. Much bigger diamond as a result and I was able to turn in the original diamond and paid less than 100$ for the upgrade. Julia remembered me when I came in recently and it was a very welcoming and warm experience overall! 1000% happy with the results and love the life time benefits Shane Co offers that allowed me to easily obtain an upgrade. Strongly recommend! Julia is simply amazing!

  Went to get regular cleaning and care on my wedding ring. They have a lifetime warranty for care. It took about 20 minutes. I grabbed a free coffee while I waited. They are always friendly and helpful. My ring is sparkly clean again. The service rep recommended I get my stone re-centered, because it's slightly askew and ring rhodium replated. No pressure, though. I plan to return to do the suggested work at a later date. Overall, very positive experience this time and every previous visit.

  I have been buying my jewelry from Shane Co. since the early 2000s, and they have never disappointed me. In fact, I recently purchased a pair of earrings from them as well! Their customer service is one of the main reasons I continue to come back year after year. This latest experience was wonderful thanks to Ngoc! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for in a ring. She offered thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel pressured. One thing I really appreciated was that Ngoc actually encouraged me to take a couple of days to think about my decision instead of feeling like I had to buy the ring right away. That showed me she truly cared about helping me find the right ring, not just making a sale. Shane Co. also has a beautiful selection of jewelry with a wide variety of styles and price ranges, making it easy to find something that fits your taste and budget. After I purchased my ring, Ngoc also told me to wear it for about a week and come back if there was anything I wanted to change or adjust.
