  I had such a great experience at Shane Co. thanks to the wonderful help I received. The associate who assisted me was incredibly kind, patient, and really transparent throughout the whole process. I came in looking for the perfect engagement ring, and she made the experience exciting and stress-free. She took the time to help me stay within my budget while still finding an amazing ring that I absolutely love.   Everyone at Shane Co Lynnwood are AMAZING at their jobs. Helaina, Karen and Jacqueline went above and beyond to help me chose my fiance's wedding band. It was delivered to me fast and efficiently, but I accidently ordered the wrong size just two weeks before our wedding. They emergency FedEx'd me a shipping box to send it back and it was resized and back in my care within a week. I am so thankful for the team for going above and beyond to make sure the ring was perfect for our big day, and I must say it turned out SO BEAUTIFUL. My fiance loves it, everyone couldn't have given better customer service and I am so thankful I chose Shane Co to my local jeweler.

Over the course of three days, Camille went above and beyond to help us find the perfect wedding ring enhancer. She brought a remarkable balance of expertise and creativity, presenting both traditional options and unique, out-of-the-box designs that we would have never considered on our own. She truly took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us with patience and care every step of the way. What impressed us even more was her dedication—she coordinated the transfer of a ring from out of state for us to view in less than 24 hours. That level of effort and responsiveness made all the difference in our decision-making process and showed how committed she is to her clients. We were also fortunate to work with Tobin, who stepped in seamlessly when Camille was away. He was just as knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us explore our options. The teamwork between Camille and Tobin created an environment where we felt fully supported and confident throughout the entire experience. Because of their combined efforts, we now have the perfect matching ring set and couldn’t be more excited to take this next step in our lives.
