  I went in to shop for a ring with my girlfriend and we worked with Ngoc for over an hour trying on various ones and getting everything just right. Ngoc was an absolute pleasure to work with and has been nothing short of friendly, professional, and helpful since then. I look forward to getting to work with her more for the rest of our shopping!

  We love Shane co and come here for all our jewelry. They have exceptional customer service and their quality is the highest. I’ve gotten my engagement and wedding ring here as well as a pair of diamond earrings for me and later my daughter who was allergic to metal so got an upgrade🤣 they are excellent with kids jewelry as well. Free cleanings and service is such a nice benefit of buying here as well.

  Visited the Lynnwood store and my experience with Sydney and Starla were top tier. Sydney and Starla went above and beyond to help make my engagement ring shopping a huge success. When my fiancé and I ran into an issue at another location Sydney came in to save the day. I would highly recommend working with them. Someone give them a raise!
