Came in to look for a gold necklace for my wife. Ngoc helped me find the perfect one and answered all my questions and concerns. She has been great to me and my wife and continues to support even after the purchase. She made my jewelry experience amazing.

Sydney helped my mom pick out the prettiest opal pendant necklace, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful, sweet, and genuinely made the experience special for us. We weren’t planning on buying anything, but after talking with Sydney, we ended up finding the perfect piece. She also told us about Shane Co.’s warranties, which we had no idea were so great! We really appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful she was without ever making us feel pressured. 💕

Great experience! We worked with Tobin and he was very respectful of our budget and super helpful and knowledgeable. The team at Shane and Co made us feel very welcome and did not push us at all, overall a great experience and would definitely recommend! -Maya & Patrick

Tobin was great, he was so helpful and knowledgeable in his work. He never made me feel like a burden when I kept asking to try different things! 10/10 recommend :).
