  They don't accept things that are over a month old basically. It's a waste of time trying to sell things here you have to wait a hour to a hour and a half to just not sell any clothes. It's better to sell online or just donate to Goodwill.

  Don't waste time here they make you wait an hour for selling clothes and say they cant biy it then!! Are absolutely non professional. They hate there jobs and should be fired!!!

  TO THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY: DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES AND UNPROFESSIONALLY DRESSED. They are busy talking about unnecessary stuff rather than acknowledging customers. I came from far at this store to sell, they checked me in a said that it is going to be 1.30 hrs. I was worried since had a 3 yr old and 1 yr old with me. I had to find how to entertain my kids in the meantime. I never received a text after 2.30hrs. I decided to go inside the store and ask. Then: 1. No body greets nor acknowledged me and my 2 noisy kids. 2. They were busy talking and laughing. Until I called out and asked about my items. 3. A guy who was busy “Talking and Laughing “ with another associate, turned around and told me that it is going to 45min more. I said: Oh no! You should have tell me because you clearly saw me coming with small kids if you wasn’t sure about the time because it was hard (since my kids were really tired)… the guy told you can take your stuff it is totally up to you!!! He was very rude and not even apologized! 4. Turns back to the associate and started talk after freezing me in one place. 5. I told another associate if I can talk to a leader? She told me that the guy with whom I was talking was the MANAGER ON DUTY! What??? 6. Then suddenly everyone got attitude. I stayed a side of the counter where there was an empty table, an associate was keeping telling rudely that she needs the table and that I had to move away !!! Well I did not touch the table at all. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Then I just stand and waited and I had to deal with my kids that I was tempted to get lollipops at the cashier counter. 7. Then they started my bags ! And what happened, the lady had an attitude, she was literally just taking an item out and put them right back !!! My God. They finally did not take anything from me saying that my clothes are too dressy ! My heart felt apart thinking how I wasted my time, energy and made my kids wait for so long !!! 8. At the end, NOBODY APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! At least ! On my way out they rudely asked to pay $0.50 for my kid who opened the lollipop!! Seriously 😒 I FELT LIKE A MISERABLE PERSON BEGGING FOR ANYTHING. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN PUT MY FEET IN THIS STORE NEITHER RECOMMEND ANYBODY ! I AM A WOUNDED CUSTOMER ❤️‍🩹

  I dropped off some clothing and l got denied was excuse was needed to be cleaned. I told the teller I always wash them before I give it away. What a way to discriminate and rude

  If I could rate 0 I would . Worse customer service. Manger needs to get more training since she was very rude she is in very very wrong position . Drop off my stuff they told me take one hour after one an half hour I asked them how long will take more cashier was still working on my stuff told my an other 15 minutes. I came to my car got a text massage went inside they told me we need to pass on your stuff since is very fancy I asked them you should let me know when I dropped that what kind of clothing do I have . Any way waste my time for almost 2 hours . Also Manger behaviour was not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!! Never ever back to this location not recommended for others !
