  On September 8, I came to this store to donate a table TV stand. One of the staff, a white guy, came to my truck and said it has small tips on the edge of the table, so turn it down and don't take it. I thought Goodwill would take a donation but they picked and chose. I don't think this place is for donations; it's pick-and-choose what they want. So I went to the Value Village store to accept my donation no questions asked. Next time if I donate I'll go to the Value Village Store. I would recommend everyone come to the Value Village Store donation

  There’s a reason I stopped shopping at Goodwill years ago, and apparently I just needed a reminder. I made the mistake of buying a few things, only to get home and realize Goodwill is out here charging damn near retail prices for donated USED items. One item still had the original price tag on it, and it also had a $1.99 price tag from Bella’s Voice, an actual thrift store. Goodwill marked it $7.99. FOUR TIMES THE PRICE. 🤯 Literally what it was when it was brand new! Then I tried to return the items and found out they don’t even give refunds, just a Goodwill gift card. So basically, “Sorry we ripped you off, but here’s some store credit so you can get ripped off again.” 😂 First time I’ve stepped into a Goodwill in YEARS, and that was enough for me. There are plenty of actual thrift stores that still understand what “thrift” means. I rather just toss the gift card in the trash than give it back to this greedy company. We really need to stop supporting them y’all!

  Don’t even bother. They wouldn’t take half the stuff in decent shape and made us pull around and wait because we were 2 mins early. Just use Facebook marketplace or dump it.
