When I first got signed up with Lifesaver, it was a blessing much better than the other company that I worked with however, now that I’m a customer that there I can never seem to get through to anybody -just the same as the other Companies That are similar. It’s a serious problem when you are calling about an emergency situation and you can’t get through to anybody . Every single time I called Lifesaver I’ve been sat on hold and had the recording tell me that it was the wait time will be longer than 10 minutes and I’ll sit there on the phone for more than 40 minutes, an hour or longer and nobody will still answer the phone. Their chat feature doesn’t work either if you never get through to anybody that way, even more so. It’s really unfortunate because the a customer service is great. They will help you out in there Accommodating however if I’m gonna get locked out of my car by 1 PM today, I need somebody to answer because there’s no possible way for me to get there by 1. Looks like I won’t be able to pick up my kids from school or get to my second job today

I called Ed talk with very nice percent to drive right they installed but the. Lady telling g avoid the violation cause uts costly sure enough I drove the car home since I m disabled only one hand I pulled over once after few mi uses odmf driving and when got approx 15 minutes it beep again I turn the car off went home I came back to the car it says lock out reason was violation stretching more money basically
