  The store overcharges the price that is listed online. I didn’t realize the stores scammed you until I was looking at something else on the app and saw that the shoes I bought 10 hours ago are significantly cheaper online. When I contacted customer service they said I would have to go back to the store to get it refunded. Considering the closest store is 45 minutes one way, and the store should never be charging more then the online price anyways, I’d say their customer service is as bad as their price gouges in store.

  What started off as a confusing problem turned into a great customer experience. Long story short, a special was run offering a discount but some of the details weren’t clear but Leah and the staff were incredibly kind, gracious, went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning here because of the kind service we received.

  This place is clean and it looks like they have a lot of shoes but I feel like all of the shoes they have look the same and their selection for anything above a women's size 9 is awful, forget about a woman size 11. So if you're into bland shoes that look like everyone else's and you have normal size feet, this is the place for you.
