  My first time in DSW looking for some men's shoes for a wedding. I was pleasantly greeted as I entered the store and started to look around. I found several shoes I liked but not in my size. A wonderful young lady named Elise approached me and asked if she could assist me. I showed her the shoes I liked but needed them in a 13. She went to the back of the warehouse and found them in my size. With a smile she asked me if she could assist me with anything else. That's what I call quality customer service! I will definitely be returning for repeat business! A+ to DSW and Elise! Over and out! Sgt. Mike Recon

  Lots of choices. I don't think the prices are that great, not necessarily "warehouse" pricing, but you get to look at a lot of options and try them on if you like. It is completely self serve, though you can ask for an employee to look for more sizes in the back. As you might expect, the best prices are on Skechers and Adidas. Nike and Cole Hahn are $$, just like everywhere else. They have all of the classic styles from classic sneaker brands. I did not look for dress shoes, work shoes or hiking.

  The store overcharges the price that is listed online. I didn’t realize the stores scammed you until I was looking at something else on the app and saw that the shoes I bought 10 hours ago are significantly cheaper online. When I contacted customer service they said I would have to go back to the store to get it refunded. Considering the closest store is 45 minutes one way, and the store should never be charging more then the online price anyways, I’d say their customer service is as bad as their price gouges in store.

  What started off as a confusing problem turned into a great customer experience. Long story short, a special was run offering a discount but some of the details weren’t clear but Leah and the staff were incredibly kind, gracious, went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning here because of the kind service we received.
