If you are looking to pretty much give away your jewelry, this is your place! For a ring that was appraised 10 years ago for $8880.00, I was offered $550.00. I've read through many reviews at this point. I love the manager's response to most of the negative reviews. It's basically... We can blame the lowball quotes on secondary markets. But then they will sell it for full retail in their case. Sad If you are selling metals, Northgate Rare Coins is a great place! I didn't go there today because they were honest enough to tell me they weren't a good place to sell jewelry. Ron

the employee and whoever was the main supervisor in the back office both confirmed to me my Rolex was fake but based on his hesitations and error in inconsistencies he noted, I wasn't to worried and got it evaluated elsewhere. Confirmed it wasn't a replica. He said it wasn't smooth like a Rolex but this is a watch from 1977 and was still very smooth in my opinion, as well as the date he said the font was not the Rolex style font, again he was wrong, it was the right font but also changed the date just like a real Rolex and he didn't even put my watch back together for me so I haven't been able to wear it... been in a few times first time I encountered this particular employee, wasn't who I usually spoke with. He told me it was a fake the first 30 seconds into our meeting. Thats why I got another opinion something didn't feel right about him telling me that before even opening the back. oh well. Great location otherwise. Always trust your gut.

The location in Lynnwood is absolutely amazing the store lead Chandler is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly definitely made our visit and experience one that we will remember for a long time. Do not hesitate to go to these folks as they know what they're talking about and have very good pricing.

Appearances can be deceiving. Everyone know the hamburger in the television commercial won't be what you get in person. However, imagine when the stakes aren't a $10 lunch, but the thankless job of transacting (or, attempting to) valuables worth thousands, some of which are sentimental and belonged to family. It wasn't an accident that I showed up to BRC a few weeks ago with a few items to start this unenviable process. BRC's carefully curated reputation (and promises made on advertisements and their website) were in keeping with what any consumer/customer/client should expect in my situation. Unfortunately, in my experience, in no uncertain terms, from the very start to this very moment, my experience with BRC Lynnwood was the absolute antithesis of anything BRC promises. Basic social skills were nowhere to be found with three of their employees. Any subject-matter expertise to be found in the persons I had the misfortune of dealing with was never remotely discernible. And there was never a point where I ever came even remotely close to feeling that I was ever simply HEARD. Instead, my leg was proverbially "humped" from start to finish. I left, and should have trusted my instincts to do so earlier. I sold them no items, and was actually chided for not "haggling" by another random employee when I was walking out. Phone calls to their Bellevue location by me went unanswered. I wrote a detailed account as feedback when an automated BRC follow-up text appeared on my phone. No reply. Days later, I briefly replied to a generic follow-up email from BRC, where I simply asked to be called by management or ownership. Crickets. In summation, BRC Lynnwood (and likely the whole enterprise) is a blight on our community - filled top to bottom with greedy, indifferent reprobates.
