  all the workers here are always so sweet and helpful, except for the older manager with the pixie cut. today, my mom and i were shopping for black tops for my work dress code, and the manager tried to look inside our shopping bags as if we were stealing. it made us extremely uncomfortable, and we left immediately. this kind of behavior drives customers away. ive never had an experience like this at this store until she started working here.

  Bad experience with the older manager lady here with the pixie cut she was really unprofessional I had a return but the tags were off it was my first time hearing they had to be attached but the older manager lady told me that this was a policy change in 2024 she was talking to me like I was dumb and then insisted my item was washed when I never had washed it! I am super sad because I love this store I was even going to buy another shirt when I was there but decided just to leave after the managers bad attitude with me. The other employees though were kind and sweet just the manager was rude

  Kind staff! They let me in slightly after closing when I had some buyers remorse on a couple of my items. I appreciated that.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. Despite being polite and respectful to all staff, I encountered unprofessional behavior from two female employees at the fitting room.When I came out after trying on clothes and asked a few questions, they exchanged looks and rolled their eyes, which felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable. As a paying customer who spent a significant amount of money, this was extremely disappointing. Even I love this brand so much but about experiences like this make me reconsider returning to this location I would rather shop online or visit a different branch. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff attitude and customer service.

  Great customer service. Shoutout to the older lady working the floor and the young Asian woman behind the counter who were both very friendly and helpful
