  I literally waited for 15 min at the rifle section while 3 associates obsessed over one customer and refused to give me the time of day. I was ready to purchase a brand new rifle but I guess whatever they had going on over there was more important. They did carry everything else I needed. Inventory 5 star customer service 0.

  Exchanged a fishing pole. It took a long time but other than that they were awesome when it came to honoring the warranty.

  Bob and Heidi in the Boat center helped me purchase my first boat! While there were some hiccups (outside of their control) they stood by my side and made every thing go as smooth as possible! If you’re going to look for a boat, ask for Bob!

  They need to get some plants in this store since Zane at the gun counter likes to avoid customers and just stand around producing carbon dioxide. Bethany has been extremely helpful every time I’ve been here but most of the dudes at the gun counter prioritize playing with weapon lights over customers.

  I would stay far away from the Tracker Service center at this store….100% DO NOT recommend! Dropped off my boat for preseason service - Almost 2 weeks later for a simple fluid exchange the boat was finished. Service rep called and said the horn wasn’t working - Funny because I checked all the electrical equipment myself (Lights, horn, etc…) all was working fine. I was told for another hour of labor they could diagnose the problem. When I challenged them and said it was working when you took possession of it - It mysteriously was a “bad fuse”….I call BS! The service rep recommended that the boat have a full tank of gas when dropped off to which I complied. Picked my boat up - Every drop of gas was stolen….We are only talking about 6 gal so not the end of the world but the BS trying to rectify the situation after was ridiculous. Store manger obviously took the stance that the customer is not telling the truth and the store never did anything wrong. From the technician to the store manger - This shop has no integrity, honesty and will take whatever steps to throw the issue back at the customer. Thank you for helping me decide NEVER to walk into a Bass Pro or Cabela’s again! A loyal and dedicated customer was just lost over some store manager that refused to believe the customer.
