  I came into the store on an incredibly difficult day, honestly just trying to get one thing done, and LAYLA went above and beyond for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and clearly very good at her job. She knew exactly where everything was, answered every question I had, helped me figure out what I needed, and stayed with me throughout the whole process instead of making me feel rushed or like I was a burden. What meant the most to me, though was the compassion she showed me she made me feel comfortable and safe. Genuinely cared about as a person at a time when I was really struggling. She is the kind of employee who makes you want to come back to a specific store because of the way she treats people. I really hope her manager sees this because she deserves to be recognized for both how excellent she is at her job and how far above and beyond she went for me!

  Heading out of town for a wedding wanted to hang up the shirt. I just bought there for $100 and another pair of pants for $150 just gave them $250 and they wouldn’t give me a hanger.

  Super disappointed with the experience I had. When I first asked for help finding a product because I was hoping to do an exchange, the employee looked me up and down and asked if I had even tried the item on before. Her demeanor and attitude throughout the entire interaction made me feel like she genuinely did not want to be helping me. I completely understand that there are policies that employees have to follow, and I have no issue with the fact that we were unable to complete the exchange. What was disappointing was the way the situation was handled and how I was treated as a customer. Unfortunately, the experience left such a bad impression that I have no desire to return. I hope the employee was simply having a bad day, but I also hope management provides some additional customer service training. Customers should be treated with respect regardless of whether or not the store is able to accommodate their request.

  I had such a wonderful experience at the lululemon Totem Lake location because of Megan! She took the time to listen to my style and what I was looking for, Even after I reached the fitting rooms, Megan continued bringing me different options, and suggesting pieces I never would have chosen for myself but ended up loving! and giving me great tips and staying by my side I left with much more than I expected because her recommendations were so good. She also taught me how to properly care for the products so I wouldn’t run into issues I’ve experienced in the past. I’ve previously had disappointing experiences at this location where I felt overlooked, but Megan completely changed my impression. Her kindness, attentiveness, and knowledge made this one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. I will absolutely be returning and asking for Megan!

  I love the Lululemon brand. Lululemon always resolves customer concerns professionally. We had the pleasure of meeting Brooklyn at the Lululemon Totem Lake location, and she was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Thank you, Brooklyn, for providing such excellent customer service!
