  They sold the product I had purchased to someone else. Then they claimed they knew nothing about it. They had told me I could come and pick up the item the next day, but when I arrived to collect it, they discovered it had already been sold. There is absolutely no sense of responsibility here.

  The store is ok, but the donation center is terrible. Compared to other goodwill stores these people move like molasses and you wait in line for half an hour with five cars ahead of you. Go to a different donation center where workers are more efficient.

  Way too long of a line to donate. Then when I finally got to the drop off place she told me you don't accept metal dog crate/carriers. Specifically looked at your website before going - and it said that you DO accept these - so please add on there that you don't accept METAL dog crates. Thank you, would have saved me a trip. It's just that when we wait so long in line to donate something - that's really annoying. Otherwise I love Goodwill!

  Maximum rudeness & incompetence! This location accepts donations extremely slowly, using one employee (with an attitude), as a line 10+ cars waits patiently to deliver items of their own goodwill. No signage to warn us that the employee will yell at you for stepping out of your car early. Heaven forbid, you have waited for 15-20 minutes only to realize that now, as the 2nd person in line, you have to quickly sort something in your trunk for your turn go more smoothly. Remember the entire business model is based on us giving a company good stuff for free. As I open my trunk to quickly sort something — to avoid accidentally donating my only good pair of running shoes, “employee #1” snaps at me to get back in my car. Remember, I was in second position in the line, hoping to make my drop-off as quick as possible. The line was 12+ cars at this point. Wow! Could the employee be any more disrespectful?? Seriously, this place is horrible. I spoke to the manager and she said, “We are understaffed today.” Next time, put out a sign that lets us know donations are closed. Perhaps, reflect on your business model where you disrespect the people giving you the goods, that you markup for optimal profit.
