  Edible Arrangements never disappoints. Very professional and reliable service. I especially like how they kept in contact during the delivery of a fruit basket for my parents who live in WA. I live in GA and was a bit nervous but was assured that the delivery was successful! Thank you and will definitely do business with them again.

  Placed my order 6 days in advance of Mother’s Day. The invoice says delivery between 9am-7pm except holidays, which is 9am-9pm. I called at 6:45pm to check the status when the tracking said 9 stops away for 30 minutes. I was told the delivery was in transit to my mother’s house and would be delivered by 9pm. It is after 9pm and the tracking has said 1 stop away for 2 hours with the car nowhere near my mother’s house. If the business cannot handle the number of deliveries it received, it should not accept the orders. Poor customer service and not worth the money.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Kirkland location. After my $200 Mother’s Day order was never delivered, I was told they could not complete the delivery, hours after it was supposed to arrive, despite placing the order four days in advance. The most concerning part is that I was told the only way to receive a refund was to provide my debit card information over the phone. When I explained that I was not comfortable doing that, the manager, Niko, was rude and dismissive and refused to offer any alternative solution. Shortly after, my order status was changed to “attempted delivery,” which felt like an intentional move to make it harder for me to receive my refund. There was zero accountability, no empathy, and no effort to resolve the situation. For a $200 order, and especially a Mother’s Day gift, this level of service is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to be cautious when ordering from this location.

  I wish I could give zero stars. The store failed to deliver an order despite texting me that someone must be home to receive the perishable goods. I stayed home and waited for several hours without a delivery window, only to call and find out they delivered it to the wrong address. Instead of apologizing or prioritizing the fix, the manager was “too busy to talk.” When I asked the staff member on the phone for a follow-up, he simply said he was “clocking off” and didn't know who would handle it. He even added that since the manager was unavailable, there was no one else to address my complaint. It was an appalling experience. If you are looking to send a gift from this Kirkland location, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Between the lack of a delivery window, the horrible customer service, and the risk of receiving wilted fruit that’s been sitting in a delivery van all day, it is simply not worth the frustration. The delivery issue may have been an honest mistake, but the lack of customer service experience to provide a resolution by the store team? The manager and the staff’s attitude to simply not willing to be helpful for a paid order? Is simply not acceptable.
