- FPFlower PinkJul 25, 20261.0Very rude customer service. Got overcharged and didn't get any apologies. The cashier girl added an extra money to my price, probably does it not the 1st time. Her coworker said " Just give her money back" and didn't look in my eyes. I have no problem counting price +tax in my head, she didn't expect it. I showed her price tag and price on the receipt are different. It wasn't computer mistake, she had nothing to do just give me my money back. If I speak with an accent, it doesn't mean I'm stupid. I speak 3 languages and have no problem with math. I wasn't told I have to pay a tip. Just got treated not respectful. What is a management doing? I didn't start drama in the store but had to warn the other customers.

It is the weekend before homecoming and they were closed. There were people from as far as Canada trying to shop there as well. The store nearby theirs told us that they said management has worked all week so they wanted to take the day off! Super unprofessional and ignorant in my opinion, lots of sales lost for this company because of laziness.
