  Awesome customer service! Took my little sister here to get her some new shoes and Audrey was very helpful and informative! Environment was very friendly and welcoming !

  Great service ! Wonderful staff went in not knowing what I wanted and one of the workers, Audrey, was super helpful had a great smile and service!! Love the aesthetic and vibe!

  Stopped by with my 3 children today for a pair of shoes for each and was trying of our seventh pair when OUT OF NO WHERE a stray mountain lion came crashing through the mall. In no time, Liz and Josh punched the mountain lion out of existence. "FEAR NOT" Liz shouted as the threat turned to dust. Thanks to these employees I still have two children. Will be a forever loyal Vans customer. Also, they were out of the shoe I needed.

  I took my daughter into the Vans store and she loved it! We met an employee (Damian) and he was the most fantastic, funny, charming, and handsome employee there. It is almost entirely impossible to hold even an ounce of distaste for this Apollo of a man. Me and my daughter have NEVER lashed out online in regards to service at ANY company and WE feel ashamed for anyone who could ever do such a thing. I speak for me and my daughter here when I say these things but they are just off the top of our dome, we would NEVER be calling anyone out. Damian is such a saint and he volunteers at the local animal shelter 30 hours a week when he’s not in the lab trying to cure dog cancer.

  Today I took MY daughter into the Vans store to get a new pair of shoes and the whole experience was absolutely outstanding. My daughter found a pair of shoes she loved, so we asked a young man for a size, and he came back quickly with exactly what we needed. The process was smooth and easy, and he was friendly and helpful the entire time, making us feel welcomed rather than rushed. While we were waiting, my wife asked another worker (Damian) about which shoes were part of the buy one get one 50% off promotion, and he took the time to clearly explain the current deals and how everything worked. He was patient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we understood the options available. It was refreshing to see someone take pride in helping customers instead of just brushing them off. Damian was extremely polite and positive the entire time, and the whole staff created a great atmosphere in the store. You can tell they work well as a team and treat people with respect. I have been buying Vans here for many years, and this was easily one of the best experiences we’ve had. It’s great to see a store that values its customers and makes the effort to provide such a high level of service. We will definitely continue coming back to this Vans location and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.
