The Security Guard seemed unknowlegable and was leaning up against stuff arms crossed in a posture of board. We were greated, when asked where specific product was Security Guard did not know , the cashier had to call someone to guide us. I do believe everyone should be aware and familiar with products in the store. The lady who came to assist was kind. I think she was a little upset at a worker about her radio because as we passed the worker she told her what frequency to be on. It was more her tone. Her tone with us was professional and she lead us to what we were looking for. The cashier was very kind and patient and the honor tax exempt.

And they tried to keep my holster told them the exact day i bought it and they couldn’t find it in the system walked out to the truck found the Receipt still wouldn’t do the return. Do not shop here.

- TPTodd PetersonMay 1, 20261.0I don’t ever post negative reviews but my experience at this store this evening warrants one. Standing at the locked fishing reels and pushed the “associate help” button a few times over about a 10 minute window, nobody shows up. Go to the front counter, ask a guy who is literally doing nothing if he has keys. “Nope, I work in hunting” (I could spit from the hunting to the fishing department). He then calls for an associate again. It’s obvious that the fishing guy is on break or something, I stand around for another couple minutes with nobody in sight before I walk to the front of the store with my other $50 of merchandise and say “I’ll buy this online, you guys obviously don’t care to sell anything this evening.” Gal behind the cash register laughs as I walk out. I will never shop at this store again unless I absolutely have to, the store management has to be leading with this behavior. What a failure of a sporting goods store.
