  Kind of like this store. Went to get ammo. It's kept behind the counter. Not really an issue other than the fact you now have to get into the firearms purchasing queue in order to buy ammo. That's a bad system and ought to be corrected. I'm not going to hang out for 20 minutes in order to purchase ammo.

  It is hard getting answers from sportsman warehouse When you called the store. You need to ask leading questions to get anything out of them. Customer service is horrible. Please go anywhere else

  Sportsman’s Warehouse in Kennewick is a really well-laid-out store and one of the better outdoor retailers in the Tri-Cities area. When you walk in, the entire front right corner is devoted to footwear and boots. It’s a surprisingly large section and easy to browse if you’re looking for hiking boots, hunting boots, or everyday outdoor footwear. From there the store flows naturally into clothing and then into a substantial fishing department. There are rods, reels, tackle, lures, and just about every fishing accessory you could think of. You can tell fishing is a major focus here. The layout then arcs toward the back of the store where you’ll find kayaks, boating gear, and other water recreation equipment. Along the far back wall is the hunting section with firearms and related gear, while the back left area transitions into archery. As the author of The Most Crucial Knots to Know and The Motivated Amateur’s Guide to Winter Camping, I always find myself spending more time than planned in the camping department. They have a good selection of chairs, tents, cast-iron cookware, and general outdoor equipment. One thing I enjoyed was the wildlife displays throughout the store. The mounted animals and outdoor-themed décor help give the place some personality beyond simply being a retail store. The center sections are filled with clothing and outdoor apparel, and I also noticed a display demonstrating less-lethal self-defense equipment, which was interesting to see. As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series, I always appreciate stores that feel connected to the outdoor culture of a region. Between the fishing, hunting, camping, and boating sections, this place definitely reflects the lifestyle of Eastern Washington and the surrounding area. The staff was super friendly during my visit, and the store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I can never seem to get out of a Sportsman’s Warehouse without finding something interesting to look at.

  Bought a reel a month ago, unfortunately lost the receipt, was told they could look it up over the phone just needed the reel and the date. Drove 45 minutes to be treated poorly and told I was out of luck! Called customer service and was told they can look up my receipt. Customer service took care of everything. But the manager of this store was a completely rude obnoxious man! This is why I shop online!!!!
