  First time doing business here. First trip in pretty good experience. Second time in i was told here is a bag of the clothes we will take. But I needed to go home and wash to freshen them up. Which I had already done. Respectfully I did as I was asked. Next day went in gave the bag back. Explained I did what was asked but would need to come back to be cashed out. Went back and they practically gave me back everything I took home and freshened up. Mind you I live 30 some miles away and made multiple trips. They wasted my time gas and laundry soap. Not a good experience

  Extremely rude blonde working the counter - also referred to one of my adult daughters as the “brown girl” - almost whole staff working in this day made fun of people walking in and out, was rude about people bringing in clothes to sell, just all around extremely distasteful people. this is 2026 - do better.

  Employees extremely rude. Especially the blonde one. Referred to me as “the brown girl” and overheard them making fun of multiple other customers. Terrible people and terrible customer service.

  A great second hand shopping place. Everything is always tidy and priced accordingly appropriate . Gently used name brand clothing for fraction of the original price !

  The employee did not inform me how many items were accepted and did not provide a receipt. I realized too late that I did not receive one. When I asked whether jewelry items were accepted, I was met with a rude gesture and a dismissive comment along the lines of, “That’s why we’re paying you this amount.” I would not have needed to ask for clarification if proper information had been provided upfront, as other staff members usually do. This occurred on Saturday, June 6th around 3:30 PM. I am unsure of the employee’s name. While I do not expect a high level of formality from a thrift store, basic professionalism and clear communication should still be maintained while performing job duties.
