  I’ve shopped at this store for over 30 years, and yesterday I saw something I’ve never seen in any retail store anywhere. The store manager was personally walking the entire building, handing flowers to women, wishing every mother a Happy Mother’s Day, not just employees, but customers too. It stopped me in my tracks because managers usually stay in offices or rush by. This man took the time to stop, smile, talk, and make people feel seen. A few of us actually asked who he was because we couldn’t believe it, and they told us he was the Manager. That made it even more impressive. To see the actual leader of a store out there doing something so thoughtful and genuine was honestly refreshing. You could tell it wasn’t for attention. He was incredibly polite, warm, and just naturally kind with a southern accent that will melt your heart.The way he carried himself was calm and respectful, and yes, several of us said the same thing, he was very easy on the eyes too. Very handsome. In a world where customer service feels rushed and impersonal, this was different. It felt human. It felt real. And it says a lot about the kind of person leading that store. That small gesture made a lasting impression. I’ll remember it for a long time.

  Okay soooo JCPenney Kennewick… who exactly approved hiring a man that looks like THAT because girl, I walked in for a bracelet and walked out questioning my whole life. I legit had to ask twice if he even worked there because he looks like a GQ model mixed with Superman mixed with Navy SEAL “I can carry you and your shopping bags” vibes. Like sir… calm down, por favor. They told me he was the general manager and I swear my jaw hit the floor. This man spent like 30 minutes helping us find the perfect Mother’s Day gift, all polite, all sweet, all “yes ma’am” every two seconds. I was like okay, manners AND muscles, we love that. My friends and I left with gifts, bracelets, and a whole crush. We are officially obsessed with our new JCPenney and this ridiculously gorgeous manager. He is the “YES JCPenney” commercial put him on camera already.❤️

  ¡De verdad que quedé sorprendida con esta JCPenney! Soy de Fresno, California, y allá las tiendas ya están bien descuidadas, sin nada de armonía. Pero esta… wow. Se siente diferente, con historia, con estilo, hasta mejor que Macy’s, la verdad. Pregunté qué había pasado porque estuve aquí hace unos años y parecía un tiradero, y ahora está impecable. Me dijeron que era por un nuevo gerente y me señalaron a un hombre alto, súper llamativo y muy guapo con su camisa blanca de manga larga y cuerpo como de jugador de la NFL y que él había estado reorganizando todo este último año. Pues ojalá JCPenney le dé un aumento a ese señor, o mínimo le paguen ese cuerpazo en oro, porque esta tienda está para salir en la tele. ¡De verdad quedó increíble!

  Absolutely not happy with my experience. This is not somewhere I will be spending my money at again. Ripped me off on a return and I loat money on it through no fault of my own.
