  i bought some jeans on friday today is sunday and i barely tried them on and didnt like how they fit my legs so i tried returning them they told me no because it didn’t have one tag, a tag that WAS NEVER THERE when i got them which im sure someone ripped it off while trying on in the fitting room so they put them on sale for 24.99 yet i got them for 41 and now i can’t return them and get my money back nor get store credit and it has to be the same jean. So disappointed with customer service as well

  Went to purchase a dress on clearance for $29.99. At the register it rang up full price at $104.95. We let the cashier know it was on clearance, so she changed the price to $49. We showed her the tag marked 29.99. She acted exasperated and said she would have to get the manager who was five feet away. The manager came up and we showed her the tag. With a rude attitude she said it wasn’t 29.99 and peeled off the tag. No apology for the mistake. From the comments below it sounds like the same manager. We have 5 teenagers. If this is the type of people they hire, the way the train and conduct business, we will no longer shop at any American Eagle store.

  Asked for assistance to a girl named somia she ignored me walked away and did not help me at all. is this who yall are hiring? just trash employees who don’t know how to work. I hope she’s not working there anymore because this was unbelievable and she also said i can find my own pair of jeans ?
