  The last 4 times I’ve been here I’ve had the absolute worst experience and leave feeling completely horrible. They are so rude and seem completely annoyed to help, I’ve experienced this with at least 3 different associates. It’s terrible because I’m a huge AE shopper, going to have to avoid this location. Do better!

  Every time I have visited Aerie I have had a positive experience. Every time I have been greeted by the employees and asked if I needed any help. Everyone is friendly, the store is beautiful and always clean. The employees do a fantastic job. Each time I go in tp the store I leave with way more than I anticipated!! Being a plus size gal I have always had a great experience with the clothes and undergaents I have purchased. I will absolutely continue to shop at the Kennewick Aerie store.

  Every time I have visited Aerie I have had a positive experience. Each time I have been greeted by the employees. Everyone is super friendly and the store is very well maintained. The employees do a fantastic job. Each time I go in with a specific item in mind and leave with way more than I anticipated!! I will definitely continue shopping at the Kennewick Aerie store.
