They were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me choose the right Byrna less-lethal home self-defense system without making me feel rushed or pressured. I’m usually not a fan of shopping at big national chain stores, but the level of customer service I received completely changed my perspective. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases.

- NSNate SJun 12, 20263.0Mediocre. Came for some standard equipment for a pretty common revolver, holster, grips, that sort of thing. They have no revolver grips at all nor any holsters for a S&W 686+ (besides the scrappy "universal" holsters.) Couldn't even find a decent case. Also, I appreciate the warning from the employee that they are video and audio recording, however, it seems odd to mention it out of the blue when I was simply asking about equipment for a completely legal firearm that I purchased in accordance with all laws and didnt say anything even slightly suspicious. Not sure why you would feel the need to warn me like I am a criminal or something. While the gentleman was polite enough I suppose - it was, overall, a weird experience, and felt a bit off. The selection is lackluster (unless you have a glock.) Pantel Tactical is better for firearms and related items and Bass Pro is better for your outdoor equipment needs.
