Open since 2013, Sportsman’s Warehouse in Federal Way, WA is near Mount Rainier, Puget Sound, and the Green River. National Gunsmithing services are now available! Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, cut arrows, tune bows in our 10-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. Things to water proof your phone? No. Things to make sure your keys float if dropped in the lake? No. Float your phone? Absolutely not. Solar powered camping lights? No. I’ll settle for USB charging…. No. We’ve got about 75 different flashlights though that all take batteries. Lots of clothing. Total waste of time.

- BGBrad GirdleyJul 16, 20261.0I called this Sportsman’s Warehouse twice to check stock. Both times I was placed on hold for about 20 minutes and eventually had to hang up. I then went to the store in person, waited in line for roughly 30 minutes, and was told they did not have the item I was looking for. They also could not tell me when, or if, they would get it. There was no real effort to check other locations either. I won’t be returning. Based on this experience, and similar poor service at other locations, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. I’m also still waiting on a call back from the Everett location for a stock check from three weeks ago.
