It had nothing to do with not ordering no flat stuff because I had the dollar store balloons last 3 MONTHS, 3 MONTHS!!!! Also the roses we got were in a bag in a metal tin. For people that hadn't gone a lot you'd think they'd do better. My husband goes cus it's easy but it's obviously getting more expensive with everything else BUT being worth it- no. Since it's the 3rd year with the balloons and I have sent them emails each time we won't be doing that anymore and for picky on flowers for the price
