Used to be such a great place to shop. One thing I cannot stand for and sit back and pretend it is okay is seeing management/supervisors being demeaning to their employees in front of customers. This is just bad business and horrible customer service.
Went into to the gun counter and was shocked with the lack of knowledge that the manager behind the gun counter had about firearms. I would think if you were the manager/supervisor working behind a gun counter you should be a pro at making sure you're not flagging (lifting the gun off the wall and having it pointed at people) before handing it to a customer.
One of the rules of firearm safety is to "Know where the muzzle is at all times: Always Keep Firearm Pointed in a Safe direction, never pointing it at anything you are not willing to destroy." I think the manager/supervisor of the gun counter needs a reminder about this.
The part that upset me the most about the whole entire situation was how another employee that was helping me (who was being really kind) was scolded by the female manager/supervisor who flags people with the guns.
The female manager scolded the other female employee by shouting "NO!" at her while rolling her eyes. You could tell the other employee was just trying to be helpful. Instead she was just yelled at by her superior.
Immediately after seeing this I left the store. I understand management needs to be strict and firm and have high expectations for their staff. However yelling at employees and rolling their eyes towards the employee is just bad business and is NOT okay.
It makes me sad that this place has gone from such friendly staff with people that you can tell are genuinely happy to work there to management that is so rude to their employees where employees are yelled at when they are just trying to help the customer. I really hope Sportsman's Warehouse is able to get this resolved.

We brought a gun here the lady at the counter purposely gave us the wrong amo. We tried to go back and tell them they made a mistake to see if we could get a refund or an exchange they were extremely confrontational and wouldn’t even admit that they were wrong in the first place and that it was our fault. Extremely rude and discriminating wouldn’t even hear us out after we approached them calmly. Never coming back here again never met such rude and disrespectful ppl in my life

Huge store, with everything scattered about in different departments and no directory to where things are. Employees are non-existent, except at the cash register. It is very clean and organized however and parking is plentiful

Great prices but service is seriously lacking. Slow to assist and seem to avoid looking into a simple inquiries.
Bought a gun recently, and called after the 10 days to see if it has been cleared. Staff asked if I had received a call. I let her know that I had a missed call but inbox is full so unsure if a message would have been left. I asked if she was able to check and she said she couldn’t and there was only one person at the counter and they are busy…. No further help or solutions? No, “can you can call back”, “can I will put you on hold”, “let me look for you”.
I will be avoiding this location for future purchases due to this kind of customer service (hopefully it is only this location).
