  Gun shop waiting time was too long and I gave up after half an hour standing. There is no waiting area or any sign or mark on the floor to show people where to be queued. No ticketing or schedule system found available. No chair even found available I didn’t give it one star because I gave up early and I would never know how long it would take

  I’ve been coming to the store for quite a while and have bought more than seven firearms. I was there today and waited in line for almost two hours, then left because I really didn’t know how long it would take for someone to help me. They had only one person behind the gun counter, and he also looked like he was still in training, as he needed to call the manager every couple of seconds because he couldn’t figure out how to sell a firearm to someone. I totally understand that everybody is short-staffed, but if you don’t have enough employees, don’t make people waste their time waiting in line. Just close the gun counter for the day until you have enough employees to help. It’s not easy taking time off work and just wasting it waiting in line. and please do not reply back to my comment with your fake apology and inconvenience do something so when I come back next time, I see the difference

  Sportsman’s warehouse has hit a new low by moving all of their ammunition behind the counter. Because they don’t have enough staff if you go in there just to buy a couple of boxes of shotgun shells. You’re going to wait for 30 or 40 minutes to be helped. I was there yesterday and waited 20 minutes with nobody available to help. It would’ve been at least another 20 to 30 minutes before anyone would’ve picked up two boxes of shotgun shells for me. What a joke. OK you’ve helped prevent theft but now you can’t sell anything because nobody can actually get it to the register. That’s my last trip to Sportsmans warehouse for anything.

  About done dealing with this place, it has drastically gone down hill recently. Security guard, he is awesome. Most of the staff awesome, gal with the purple hair always sweet. Maria the manager needs a demotion or terminated. Her attitude towards people is absolutely wild and if any of my managers treated anyone the way I witnessed 2x today, they'd be filing unemployment immediately. 1. My wife asks for assistance unlocking locked jackets for me, disrespectful as hell and rude response, we know you dont have the key but maybe call someoneas it's your job manager. Then I watch an associate not able to log into a device and request help, again piss poor attitude. Let me be clear, this store does 1/15th the business of any place I shop or work. It is never acceptable to treat anyone the way I watched her speak to 2 separate people in the same 30 minute span. Funny part is she was the one that told me about the sale I came in for today. If your store treated people better you'd have more business, try reading the nordstrom way and maybe teach your staff how to have customer service and treat their teams. Absolutely disgraceful, if she hates her job, she should quit or be termed. Absolutely unacceptable and yourregionals clearly need to get their act together and this store would perform better as it should be packed open to close as the only actual store of it's kind in the area. But at this point we'd all rather drive 20 more minute to Cabelas

  Ordered a rifle and came in to fill out paperwork. Took an hour to even get someone to talk with. Filled out all required paperwork. They said 10 or more days for paperwork. Waited 14 days without hearing back. I called to ask and some lady snarkiley said "if we didnt call your paperwork isnt done". Ok. I wait, only for them to refund my order saying I abandoned it. I called and they said they tried to call twice and it was ready the whole time. If she took any time to look she would have seen it was ready. Number on file was not mine and they were calling someone else. Now we have to start all over because the paperwork is no longer valid. Thanks for wasting a month of my time. I will just buy somewhere else if I have to start over again.
