  My experience at Cascade Floral Wholesale was wonderful! I arranged my own wedding flowers, and Cascade had the flowers that I wanted at very reasonable prices. There are three interactions that I had with them that will make me recommend them to anyone: 1) I was concerned whether they would have the right color of delphinium that I wanted, so I emailed and asked. They were very quick to reply and reassured me that they had the correct color. When I ordered 1 bunch as a "tester", before I put my full order in, they came as the exact color I wanted! 2) I originally had mini peach carnations in my order. However, Cascade contacted me and said they could not source mini peach carnations. They offered to replace with white mini carnations or regular peach carnations. I appreciated the suggestions (instead of just telling me that I was out of luck), and they substituted regular peach carnations at no extra cost. Sourcing issues are part of the floral industry, and they handled it in a very professional, customer focused way! 3) When my flowers arrived, unfortunately the Queen Anne's Lace was not in plastic packaging (just loose in the box), wilted, and unusable. There were very clear instructions on how to file a claim. I did so promptly and they refunded me very quickly! None of the "we're going to try our best not to give you your money back" like many other big companies. Some suggestions/feedback: 1) Shipping is through Fedex, so be prepared for shipping delays. My "tester" order came on time (overnight), but the shipment of my real flowers was delayed in Memphis for a day, where it was 95F that day. Not good for flowers. Luckily most of them were fine and the ones that weren't (Queen Anne's Lace) had more significant issues than just heat. I would feel more comfortable if they used a different shipping company, even if I had to pay more! 2) Flowers do not come in a cold box, rather just in a cardboard box with a couple of tiny ice packs. I would have more confidence in my shipment if it was shipped in a cold box or came more insulated in some way.

  We ordered flowers online to pick up just before our wedding reception to use for decor and bud vases. The ordering process was straightforward and when I had questions, it was very quick to get answers over the phone. That said, it's clearly intended for florists and others who have a lot of experience in the industry. I was surprised by the quantities of each bunch of flowers because I didn't fully understand how much one stem may differ in appearance between the flowers. Pickup was a rather off-putting experience. When we arrived, the employee helping us get the flowers was curt, bordering on rude. She clearly had no patience or tolerance for us asking for anything beyond grabbing the flowers and leaving. For the flowers themselves, they worked really well. We ordered a mix of eucalyptus, mums, carnations, ranunculus, and a few astroelomeria. All of the flowers except the ranunculus were full, sturdy, long-stemmed, and easy to work with. The ranunculus were beautiful but unfortunately short and delicate. That's more related to the flowers themselves and the timeline of ordering them in March, rather than anything about Cascade. The dusty rose and peach carnations were a surprise highlight of the bunch and lasted well beyond expectations. I would use Cascade again, but do more independent research and make sure I know more about what I'm ordering. Cascade is not equipped, intended, or wishing to be a resource, which is fair to them but more difficult for the layperson.

  Azaleas a bought 12 plants got home dig a spot for each plant all, 3,4,5 weeks later plants are dying, they look dry and thirsty, so I did my inspetion . The soil this company usedid the worst of the worst it kills the plants because I drys out to fast and it doesn't let the roots breathe.

  I ordered silver dollar eucalyptus for my daughter's wedding. The bunches were way fuller than I thought and very fresh. No waste. The company was also responsive to web enquiries.
