  I'm not typically a reviewer, but this one bugged me most of the weekend... I dropped off my 2 nicest watches to get the batteries swapped since one was dead and one was going out, and I didn't want to mess them up taking the backs off with a tiny screwdriver. I was surprised by the $35 price to replace each but went for it assuming they'd at least get a quick once over cleaning on top of being done right. Well, the batteries were installed right, but $77 later I got the watches back even dirtier since they had all the fingerprints on the lens' on top of the condition I dropped them off in. I know it's not a fancy job, but little things can go a long way so next time I'll make a run at it myself!

  From start to finish getting my heirloom ring fixed was so easy and staff was amazing! Mindy the best! I will go back and recommend to all my fam and friends!

  I really like the people at Cline's, especially Mindy, who has helped my sister from Hawaii and I to design several custom pieces such as rings, necklaces, and earrings. The jeweler even spent hours and 4 diamond saw blades removing a solid jade bracelet off my mom's arm (she had to have it off for hand surgery). He picked the "least pretty place on the bracelet for the job", and then reset the 2 jade pieces in gold following the etched design pattern from a different bracelet from China.

  Our experience with Cline has been just amazing. The BEST customer service- Anita is amazing- and such a friendly, helpful environment. Not stuffy, great prices, and just a really great place to do business. Please support this wonderful locally-owned small business. Cannot say enough good things about this business. You just don’t see customer service like this anymore.
