  Aqua Quip in Covington made getting our new hot tub up and running easy. We had a lot of questions as first-time owners, and Paulina and team were fantastic — patient, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Thanks to their guidance, we went from confused to soaking by the weekend. Highly recommend this team if you're new to hot tub ownership or just need reliable support.

  I've been going to the Covington location for around 15 years. The staff there are top notch. Drive the extra few miles to this branch if you are making a major purchase. You'll be glad you did. GS

  We recently purchased a jacuzzi tub from Aquaquip. After doing a lot of research and comparison shopping, the quality of the tub and the customer service were the deciding factors. Every step has been positive thanks to Joey and the Aquaquip staff.

  Ripoff and buyer beware! We get our pool water tested here. My husband got a quote for everything under the sun. Same thing every year and we take excellent care of our pool water throughout the year. Then when something is said the manager says oh well yeah you just need this one. Rip off! So the manager puts a price on the paper for my husband and my husband goes back the next day to purchase the product because I didn't want to deal with ordering it online and we need to get it in the pool. How is it the next day the stuff is $45 more and it is not a product that was on sale these people work on commission and have no problem trying to rip you off. When he brought it to the attention of the young lady helping him and told her that the manager the day before gave him a different price that was much lower she went in the back and then came right out and said oh yes he left a note which is total BS. This place is such a rip-off. I'm going to keep buying from Leslie's which has better product, free shipping and they are cheaper!
