  I have been working with the Covington location for six years, and they have consistently been fantastic. Shortly after purchasing my new hot tub, it developed a glitch that required several service visits. Their team stayed committed to resolving the issue, and once it was fixed, I never experienced another problem. The staff is always welcoming and in good spirits whenever I stop in for supplies or have a question. Derrick is an excellent manager—professional, attentive, and quick-witted—and he has always addressed my inquiries thoroughly. I highly recommend this location.

  Shady sales tactics -- frequently changing the price (both up and down). Not a pleasant negotiations experience including unprofessional snarky/sarcastic comments from the sales person. I would personally recommend looking elsewhere. I have no doubt that they are good at what they do -- but for me, it isn't worth the opaque pricing.

  The tall, dark haired man with the partial goatee who helped me yesterday renewed my support of this business. A couple months ago I was at the counter purchasing products and an older Caucasian man (assumed customer) was telling an off color joke. The young woman staffer and another male staff person laughed like it was hilarious. As it was aimed at my gender and age, I had vowed not to go back. Glad I gave the store another chance and hopefully those two staff will take note, or are gone (preferably). And I am no prude, but after the creep told the joke he must've seen my face, as he asked if Id like to hear another🤮. A cream pie would have been handy.

  My husband and I really appreciate the expertise and customer service that we received today from Joey at the Covington AquaQuip location regarding our gas fireplace insert. We highly recommend Joey and AquaQuip in Covington!
